T'ai Chi as a meditative art, like any other activity, depends upon the quality of one's attention. Some teachers take care to set an environment in which meditation can take place. There is nothing you can do to make meditation happen - practice the T'ai Chi movements with your full attention on your movement, and gradually meditation will come of itself.
